Time for a new heater channel!

An inside shot- the firewall looks solid!

But the rear fender well wasn't as solid!

After completely disassembling, we began the body work, grafting the rag, welding in driver's heater channel, package tray, lower rear quarters, bumper brackets, etc....

Three coats of primer, drysanded and then reprimed and ready for paint.

After wet sanding primer, 3 coats of Sikkens single-stage Jade Green (L349)
