Glenn and Julie's '63 Vert.

A look inside...

Front end/Firewall area under gas tank.
First, we completely disassembled the car, separating the pan from the body and removing all lines, drive train and the front-end assembly. We then proceeded to sandblast, allowing us to replace the pan halves.

Here's the pan after installing the pan halves, including grinding the spot welds, stripping the original "e" coat, seam sealing, priming, sanding and applying 2 coats of Sikkens Black single-stage.

Front beam after sand blasting and painting.

Pan is now 80% assembled...

Tranny after cleanup and reconditioning...

Some rot is uncovered after sandblasting.

Sandblasting also revealed these huge holes in both sides of the rear quarters
