A look inside...

Front end/Firewall area under gas tank.

First, we completely disassembled the car, separating the pan from the body and removing all lines, drive train and the front-end assembly. We then proceeded to sandblast, allowing us to replace the pan halves.

Here's the pan after installing the pan halves, including grinding the spot welds, stripping the original "e" coat, seam sealing, priming, sanding and applying 2 coats of Sikkens Black single-stage.

Front beam after sand blasting and painting.

Pan is now 80% assembled...

Tranny after cleanup and reconditioning...

Some rot is uncovered after sandblasting.

More rot...

Sandblasting also revealed these huge holes in both sides of the rear quarters

Here she is after lots of body work and a first coat of primer.

Another after picture...

Before the next coat of primer, it's time for four new fenders...

and a used hood...

Last coat of primer...

...and she's ready for paint!!!

Here she is freshly painted with the old top on- ready to go get her new top!

The engine is all set- runs like a champ!

An inside shot...

Front-end compartment looks like new!

What a great stance!

Straight as an arrow!

Look at the package tray!

The undercarriage- fully restored pan.
