Tim's Turbo Car....then....

This all black '59 is transitioning into a two-tone turbo beast!

after some serious new body work and a whole new look her she sits.... 

after totally hurting it at the racetrack, it was time to turn this original rag bag to where she came from,turned it back to stock and paints it anthracite.....

Tim's new street legal chassis car project...his future turbo car!

Tim adds space for a third tail light,and started striping the paint...

the rear package tray was removed and put in the old '59 since I didn't need it in this oneanymore,this is the new 65's body on an old frame for mock up...

sanded down and ready for body work

First coat of primer

In polysurfacer...

Tim fabricated an apron bracket so that the apron is removable yet sturdy when on the car.

Here she is in her last coat of primer.

Tim working hard to get the hood straight.

Header mock-up...Tim put the old header on to make sure the new one will clear.

Front 3.5 weld drag lites with 135's, waiting on tires for the 15 X 10 rears...the mock up pics in body only primer...

some minor edging for the hard to reach areas..and now the hard part...all the tin work,lots of hrs are gonna be here!!!

Here she is painted and wet-sanded....

And buffed...with snow on the rear fender!

Just waiting on the tranny and engine..... still waiting......
