Complete restoration

Bringing your classic car back to its original glory

Complete restoration covers every aspect of a vehicle, from bodywork and paint to mechanical, electrical, and interior components. The goal is to return the car to its original condition—or better—preserving authenticity while ensuring it looks, drives, and performs like new.

What We Do

Initial Tear Down

The restoration begins with a careful inspection, where the vehicle is thoroughly looked over and documented. We determine which bodylines and components can be restored and which parts will need replacement. Following this assessment, the vehicle is completely stripped of all its components, including the drivetrain, interior, electrical systems, body panels, trim, and glass.

Media Blasting and Preparation

With the vehicle stripped, the body is mounted onto a rotisserie. This allows us 360 degrees of access for all subsequent work. The body and all other metal parts are sent for media blasting. This process ensures the complete removal of all paint, old body fillers, rust, and contaminants, leaving the panel bare. All parts are then immediately sprayed with a corrosion-inhibiting epoxy before any metal repair work begins.

Drivetrain

While the body is being repaired and prepped, our focus shifts to the mechanical systems. We inspect and test the motor, transmission, and rear-end. Based on their condition and your goals, we decide if components will be completely rebuilt or replaced, often recommending a more modern upgrade for enhanced performance and reliability where appropriate.

Final Assembly

After the body shop has finished the body and all other mechanical and cosmetic components have been restored, it's time for the critical final assembly. This is a time-consuming and precise process where all components of the vehicle come together to achieve a high-quality restoration, bringing your vehicle back to the way it was when it left the showroom floor, or even better.
